At any rate, to answer:

(a) If gun ownership is at the level of the US, then I wonder if gun shootings are rare in the US as well.

What's the correlation here..? Guns to shootings, knives to stabbings, pipes to plumbing efficiency..? I don't get it...On one hand, it seems to say that its gun availability, but if there are no guys, then its our culture that's fucked...Hmm...Either way, for the parents and others affected, one school shooting is one too many, don't you agree..?
