i'm interested in Cloverfield but not amped for it in the least. both it & the upcoming Diary Of The Dead by George Romero have the same basic premise: a group of survivors with vidcams hiding from a Godzilla-like monster & zombies respectively. they both smack of the Blair Witch Project to me. which ain't saying a lot. i never watched BWP again after the first viewing.

the other movie that i think will be a sleeper hit alongside Hellboy II will be Spike Jonze's Where The Wild Things Are. these leaked stills make the shit look just like book & Jonze always brings it.
