A great resource for our purposes. Just take each chapter, copy it into a word file and read it. Concentrate on it and contemplate for a few minutes and write down your impressions.
This should take you 81 days to do a chapter a day. then we dive deeper. Let me know, and we can do it together... bout time I did this again.
