I want to see China not completely ignore Tibet rights, but the Opium Wars are fresher on their brains than ours. But when idiots and arseholes are trying to attack chinese girls in wheelchairs, Tibet's cause is only damaged. Mostly, demonstrations just give some people the chance to act a fool.

Well, I personally think the Olympics are not worth my time.
Then again, I don't care for watching people I don't know play sports.
I just don't think it is an effective platform for speaking out for Tibet.
I like the mascots though. they are kinda cute! so is the
crane style sword maiden wheelchair angel!
