im not trying to buff up but mostly lose a lil weight and get stronger.....

It will help you do that also... Just add an ab workout to your routine. And some or a lot of jump rope or running to your routine.... Maybe after your workout and on the Wednesday....

Well if you use my workout or not, remember to always stretch, and never workout alone!!!

Now that's the ultimate exercise right there, jumping rope...I remember we had a 10 lb rope named Bertha that we had to swing for 3 minutes after sparring...Man that bitch felt like it was gonna tear my arms out the sockets..! But, if you swung w/Bertha first, the speed rope felt like a feather...

I need to buy me a new jump rope, get back into doing that every day as soon as I can find me some more shoes w/good support for that kind of thing...

check out T-Nation.com, it's a body building website but you can incorporate the ideas into your training. they also have alot of information about diet and nutrition because that's as important as training itself. also remember to rest.
