Yeah Urlacher probably won't be going anywhere especially not GB. The Pack and Bears would never trade with each other. It's not the Patriots and Jets (probably not the biggest rivalry but currently the most hate between organizations) but can't see two major competitors in the same division trading with each other. I could see them grooming some of these guys and if any of them amount to anything I would thing they'd trade them out of conference to like Baltimore or something 2 years down the line. You know Baltimore will need a QB, they always do!
I think Rogers will be alright especially because he ISN'T Favre. They need somebody that isn't going to make a stupid pass during crunch time and I think this kid may be it. He has the makings of a great team around him so as long as he stays within himself I think they may be ok.

That's an interesting, although almost incendiary remark...disappointingly, Brett has let us down in winable situations with those picks
