zebulon, far from it! It's just that this guy had been a member for at least a year and hadn't made any real posts before making his meritless complaint. Rest assured, if you ask a question in good faith without a sense of entitlement - even if the answer may be documented in one of the forums - it will be answered politely. We realize that new users may have difficulty finding pertinent info, so no worries. Just keep posting and the pearly gates will open before you!
