LOL.I proclaimeth thou wilt end end up bein' satisfied with yer camjob...esp once the humourless 2nd half kicks yer teeth in. :laff: Cam was how I saw it 2 nights ago & have no regrets. Had i paid to see the shit, i would've been screaming RIP OFF! considering the quality comic movies we've gotten (& are still to get) this year.

OK, I'm not sure why you didn't like it Jig, but I thought it was pretty good...I mean, it wasn't the greatest movie ever, but I wouldn't have been mad to see it in the theater, in fact I think I still will...I honestly thought it was pretty good...Again, its not Iron Man, but nor did it have the potential to be...I liked it as much, if not more than The Hulk...But, I'll have to see it as its meant to be seen before I can make that claim...

Definitely getting this one on Blu-Ray...

Why didn't I like it? I did. partially. The first half..Then it went to Shitsville on a tricycle.
The damn finished product was tryin' to be too many things to too many people & ended up being nothing. "Yeah I'm Will Smith. I don't need to do a superhero movie based off anything. I'm too good for that! Then I'll show how cool I am by calling other superheroes homos in my film. "
What a tool! Did you know he's now bitching for more creative control over a sequel behind the scenes & not liking his own movie...even though he was one of the producers? Last time i checked, when you are A Producer on your own movie, you do have a say in the creative process. Pretty damning if the star/producer of a movie doesn't like what's out there.

This is a "wait for it to hit cable" thing folks. Save your hard-earned cash for Batman (& Hellboy). Speaking of Batman, did you know the writer of the filmed finished script of what I will now permanently refer to as Handjob (cos that is what i felt i got instead of the Full Service) wrote Batman & Robin ? That's the quality of story you can expect. :laff:

CDR...

You're a behind the scenes kinda guy, so maybe you would see things in it that I don't...But to me, him calling other Supers ghey was him playing his character...I thought it was well done, even with expecting not to like the ending...I mean, the CGI was great, it was a decent story...I mean, sure, there were some parts of it that could have been better, and in retrospect some things may need to be changed for the sequal, but for the most part, I DUG this movie...I don't think its a sleeper at all...Maybe someone else who see is can counter our differences, but If I had to rate this movie on the AF scale, its at least 4 smileys...

Honestly, I saw this last Sunday and I thought it was pretty good!

A few parts of the plot weren't really explained, or briefly touched on which annoyed me somewhat, but for the most part I found this an enjoyable movie! Definitely not as bad as I thought it could've been. Don't know what some of you are on about, haha.

The final conclusion was a bit poor, though the bit before it was reasonably dramatic. Kind of an anti-climax if you ask me.

I saw this last night and I thought it was a pretty poor film compared to what I've been seeing so far this year. It had a poor developed plot, on the AF scale I'd give it 2 smileys at the max.
Damn what's wrong with Will, last good movie I thought he did was "The Pursuit of Happyness," and I didn't like "I Am Legend" so much either for some reason, it was boring.
It is better to try and fail than to fail to try.
