I CALL BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No way Jolie is going to even be approached for this role...
Jolie turns to porn star Gal Pal for catwoman tips

BEIJING, Aug. 13 -- Angelina Jolie has been asking adult movie star Tera Patrick for advice on playing Catwoman. The 33-year-old actress - who gave birth to twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon last month - is said to be good friends with the busty brunette, and believes she can offer an insight into portraying the feline villain in the next Batman movie.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Tera and Angelina are friends and keep in touch via e-mail. They have a girl-talk thing going. After seeing reports that she'll land the lead role, Angelina asked Tera what she thought. Tera had such insights into the role that Angelina cracked, 'You should do it!' "
Since welcoming the twins, her fifth and sixth children with partner Brad Pitt, into the world last month, Angelina has been approached to star in a variety of movies including 'The Thomas Crown Affair 2' alongside Pierce Brosnan - a role for which movie bosses want her to put on weight.
The 'Wanted' star is also said to be the hot favorite to star in 'Edwin A. Salt', the espionage thriller Tom Cruise reportedly dropped out of after arguing with producers over his salary.

The Dark Knight Passes Star Wars!

After four weeks as the #1 movie in the country, the reign of Warner Bros.' The Dark Knight finally came to an end, but not before it amassed enough money to pass the unadjusted gross of George Lucas' 1977 sci-fi classic Star Wars to become the second-highest grossing movie domestically with an astounding five-week box office gross of $471.5 million! (Star Wars' unadjusted gross of $461 million included a number of re-releases since its debut thirty years ago.) While it has a long way to go if it wants to pass the long-held box office record of James Cameron's Titanic, it's more than likely The Dark Knight could become the second movie to ever make more than $500 million domestically. (Quite ironically, the continued success of Nolan's Batman film knocked George Lucas' new animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the first movie in the franchise to be distributed by Warner Bros., down to third place for the weekend as well.)
Internationally, The Dark Knight topped the box office with $42.4 million from 7,700 theaters in 60 markets. The movie has reached $328.6 million overseas for a combined worldwide total of $800.1 million, climbing to the 19th spot on the all-time worldwide blockbuster chart.
Now bear in mind that these numbers & that list do not factor in the inflation in ticket sales, so technically if all movies released since the 30s (when people started keeping track of how much movies made) were priced the same, TDK wouldn't even crack the Top 20 & the #1 movie would be/is Gone With The Wind..

Re: The Dark Knight
However, on the opposite side, there was no tv during the time of Gone With The Wind.... no competition from other movies, no bootlegs, no dvds to be sold within months of release... in other words GWTW was the only visual entertainment available during its run. We live in a completely different time, which is why I no longer pay much credence to adjusted inflation numbers. Records should be viewed within the context of their time period.
Oh, and my exams are done and I'm back. :)

Welcome Back,Knight! :)
Darkie - Gone With The Wind is a pretty cool movie & has elements that are very macho. you should see it at least once. The novel is even more gangsta than & filled with crazy graphic violence. It ain't a classic for nothin'. ;)
