A Sacramento State grad is trying to make money the old fashioned way, by auctioning off her virginity to help pay for her graduate studies. And so far, bidding is up to $250,000. The 21-year-old who is using the pseudonym Natalie Dylan is going through a legal brothel in Nevada to sell her virginity.

The auction will take place at the Bunny Ranch in Carson City, Nevada with bids coming in through their website. Owner Dennis Hof says "Natalie is a very smart girl. All she wants to do is get her master's degree in family and marriage counseling and be a psychologist. She's selling her virginity to accomplish that,"

So far, hundreds of offers have already come in including some from male virgins. Hof says Natalie is going consider a number of things in determining the winner of the auction, including the amount of money offered and the man's personality. "She wants to be with a nice person that is going to help her continue her education," said Hof.

I advocate it.

If I had a daughter, I would support her in doing this:

0.) I know it wasn't some scum bag who manipulated her, or drugged her. SHE was in control and can take every precaution she needs in an environment that is well known for respecting women.

1.) She waited until college. BONUS!!! Most kids who "do it for love" are active much sooner, and are much more stupid about it.

2.) She ended up with someone who values her and would compete for her affection.

3.) She might end up with the guy. and he has money for her security. Perfect way to pre-screen potential suitors. Most guys are not going to pay this kind of money for it, and bail. Men will look for a return on their investment.

4.) If this is the only night and he is scum. He is gone and she learned a valuable lesson. Do you know how many people end up miserable cause they try to make their first lay into a relationship?
