And it looks like "Clash of the Titans" week. IO vs. Monkeys, Bretts vs. Melo all at the top and head-to-head. And all when the bye weeks start. Now things will really get interesting.

But other than my matchup w/ IO, the one I really want to keep an eye on is the matchup of Team Gunn and All-Pro. I thin that might be the closest of the week. And you heard it here first, Team Gunn gets it's first win of the season! :thumbs:

And no worries, I'll mention the last matchup of 4th vs. uh, whateveritisnow (DL). GO DL! Since a win for you drops him out of the top spot too!

Thanks Ero...but all hope is gone. Really the Brady injury put a damper on all things football for me this season. WAH!!! I know I'm a big baby....I am well aware.

While I think I am headed towards my first victory, I noticed something just now...

When I tried earlier in the week to set my roster, it marked the moves as pending...I went there now, and my kicker and my defense are on the bench for some reason...I don't know if you can see what's going on, but I sure do need those points...You can probably check to be certain, but I set my roster days ago...

wow, that's weird. For awhile there I thought you two decided have the same open spots on your rosters. And from the looks of it, if you get to add those points (DEF-17, K-13) you get your first win, just like I predicted! congrats if you get it. :victory:

I have no idea why an edit roster was marked as pending. Usually if you try adding a player early in the week or during the weekend, that will be marked as pending, but not just editing your roster. I can't quite see why it was doing that, but definitely let me know if it continues in the future.

I did edit your roster as a LM and put your kicker and defense back into your lineup. That means you will be getting their points this week

Sweet, I got my first win...

I went over my roster with a fine toothed comb, and prior to the start of the season, my lineup looked super solid...For one, I had a stud (All Day) at running back...I had the highest rated passer not named Tom Brady from last season...I mean great steals all the way around man...Wes Welker...Plaxico...I mean my squad got decimated..! First we loose Brady, and then Plaxico just decides to have a domestic spat right in the middle of the fucking season..!

But not to seem so unlucky, I did pick up Ronnie Brown...And forgot to fucking put him in the lineup in front of Ryan Grant (who fucked me over yet again) for the week...

I should have a bit of better season now though, hopefully things will start to level out...

5 weeks down, 8 to go and everybody is still pretty much bunched together.

And just what did I do to deserve going up against the top team for 3 straight weeks? Lucky me....
