Hey y'all. I just made this list.
Although it is impossible to make a definite list since this guy made so many amazing songs. But I believe that most people's favorite should be among this!
What is your favorite Michael Jackson song?

Apart from Rock With You, none of my faves are in that poll above. None of that real MJ Funk like:
BABY BE MINE
OFF THE WALL
WORKING DAY AND NIGHT
P.Y.T
DRIVING ME WILD
THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US
SAY SAY SAY
also chilled out gems like:
IT'S THE FALLING IN LOVE
I CAN'T HELP IT
TODO MI AMOR ERES TU/I JUST CAN'T STOP LOVING YOU
GIRLFRIEND
THE LADY IN MY LIFE
BABY BE MINE
OFF THE WALL
WORKING DAY AND NIGHT
P.Y.T
DRIVING ME WILD
THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT US
SAY SAY SAY
also chilled out gems like:
IT'S THE FALLING IN LOVE
I CAN'T HELP IT
TODO MI AMOR ERES TU/I JUST CAN'T STOP LOVING YOU
GIRLFRIEND
THE LADY IN MY LIFE
ALL MY BITCHEZ LUH ME

The Lawnmower Man, haha you have to admit that those songs above are better than the ones you just mentioned. Although the ones you mentioned are good too, all MJ songs are great.

Re: What is your favorite Michael Jackson song?
Impossible for me to determine...I liked MJ's songs for different reasons...I mean, each one has its own memory, and they're all good...It's so impossible to determine..! I mean, P.Y.T. is like my jam for my first high school crush...And Beat It reminds me of being a kid growing up on the south side of Chicago...Billie Jean reminds me of being in my living room watching MJ do the Moonwalk for the first time on live TV...Man, that shit was CRAZY...I remember the first time I played 'The Lady In My Life' for a girl I intended to seduce...It worked...Dude, this is an impossible thing to determine...I can't say definitely that there is anyone song I'd rather hear over the other...
But for the sake of not being lame, I pick Thriller...That was the pinnacle of MJ if you ask me...That was the ultimate in mind blowing, mind boggling, OMFG! if you ask me...From that point on, MJ was on another level...I had seen nothing like the video...I don't think nobody had...It was just the greatest...
It's a shame Habib, you are a little to young to have such significant experiences attached to being a MJ fan...But I can imagine its the same or greater for those who got to hear Mahalia Jackson sing, Muddy Waters play, JH tingling out the Star Spangled Banner...The Beatles...It's easy for me to pick my favorite of those, because they were after my time...All I have is the music...But when you have the experience...Man, it just takes it to a new level...
Sucks, because music is completely different now, playing instruments seems to be a thing of the past, and MAN...I can't tell you how happy I am that my generation is not defined by a song like 'Crank that Soulja Boy'...

Back when I was a kid it was Thriller that turned me into an MJ fan. Really terrible what the media and people that took advantage of him did to him. He will be missed.
If any links are down, please send me a PM!

Re: What is your favorite Michael Jackson song?
HABIB! you beat me to this post man. I just joined earlier today and was going to ask this same question.
Like you, I am too young to have a lot of memories of Michael Jackson when these songs were first released, but I have an extensive list of songs by him that I absolutely love. There is without a doubt no artist in history who has appealed to all different types of people quite like MJ did. I mean I've been playing MJ since as long as I can remember, but almost nonstop since his passing and everyone, even people who have completely opposite musical tastes than me, loved Michael's music.
My favorite song of his doesn't even come from Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad, or even Dangerous....but Invincable.
It's "You Rock My World"
I listen to a lot of different MJ songs for a lot of different occasions, but that one is my favorite. I really wish I was around when those were coming out so I could have those memories like you were talking about Ty, but either way...he's still the best, man.
EDIT: for the record, I voted for Remember The Time, because that's probably my second favorite.
