Well, again, I don't see anything except her word vs theirs in regards to the facts, and I haven't seen any video or read any statements where she's changed her story...I'm curious to know what the court will decide about this, but clearly, something is amiss here IMO...I don't know what, but like I said, even if she did everything they say she did to the max, the crime would not justify the punishment nor the expense to the taxpayer to pursue a case like this...

/...which is why they were going to let her settle on a plea. That she didn't take, even when she said she would.

as for the "let me see the tape" vibe i have heard from people, they showed it on CNN.

...but the chief evidence against her is not the tape, it is testimony from employees and police.

Like I said, what is this woman thinking about being a teacher?:

1. be rude in line.

2. be belligerent when rudeness isn't effective.

3. be violent when the police show up.

I don't want that woman's attitude anywhere near kids!
