I'd read closer into that wiki article J-dog. Yes, they own the characters I mentioned. But not the rights to film them. eg; Sony can have Spidey be a gay Russian who eats boiled eggs in the movies & Marvel couldn't do a thing to stop them. Why do you think Elektra was a white girl? Why is Iceman a kid compared to Cyclops & Jean Grey? Why was X-Men 3 allowed to be released. Why the fuck is Doctor Doom a dumbass twit with powers instead of the badass scientist monarch equivalent of Iron Man with the hi-tech armor? Why was Galactus a fucking storm cloud? The only good change those other studios made was having Blade be half vampire...Then they ended up making him a guest star in that crap third ''blade'' movie. The films may have the Marvel logo during the opening credits, but not the MARVEL STUDIOS logo. There's a big difference.'nuff said.
