I haven't been the type to really get amped about video games anymore cause I hardly have time to play them these days...But MAN, I've been reading about this one, seeing the pictures, and since I started playing online with CoD, I think this might be my new genre...

Yeah, I played the shit out of Soldier of Fortune 2, Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and currently Battlefield: Bad Company 2. I'm all about modern combat shooters. I agree that this game looks bad ass! Can't wait for it!

Dude, I watched every minute of that PRE ALPHA vid I posted...I can't believe it looks that good this soon, that's phuggen awesome..! The lighting is amazing, looks like it will be all that its rumored to be from what I've read...

Tried the PR mods for BF2 and they were either 1) buggy or 2) barely anyone played. The worst is that 3) I don't think PunkBuster works with mods so there are plenty of hackers.

Heads up. People need to know that the game will not look that good on console. And you want it to look that good on your pc your gonna need to upgrade your pc. They will be introducing a whole new line of cards for the pc when this game comes out.
So you should be able build you something good with something that isn't so new when they come out.
Also Battlefield is a slower paced game as compared to something like Cod or Resistance 3. If your looking for that adrenaline rush from games like that. Then Battlefield isn't what you should be going after.
You can go to youtube and check out some vids of bad company to see if its a game you want to spend a lot of time into learning. Cause the learning curve is way steeper than COD or Resistance 3. or even Homefront.
