Secondly..I am having a hard time understanding the entire eat the fruit/fall of man deal...seems kinda...more complicated than that..
Was it an actual food that Eve ate? Why was it so significant? But most importantly...how did sin enter the world? Its not like it just sprinkled down from heaven..how did it happen???
Also, I dont understand where the original angels came from..did God create them? Why is there no mention of him creating them before the world then???
Last thing...Lucifer...how did he come to be??

Creation started with a big bang.,.. the explosion came from somewhere beyond the constellation of Saggitarius, but in that direction, from our little planet.
The big bang relased three components; isotopes of Hydrogen, Helium, and Lithium (to the modern scientist.) All of this was discovered back in the 1500's and suppresed quite quickly, but is available in many books today. These three substances began to form the basis of all matter. their intermingling caused a phenonmenon most of the "Angels" did not understand, and it began to develop what we called matter. As the heat passed through the three elements (which are the basis of the anology of the Mercury, Salt, and Sulphur of the Alchemist) they began to condense and change,.. further developing the periodic elements of chemistry.
Read Ben Bova's The Story of Light for a great expansion of this story, and tons of other knowledge hidden in the veils of science.

2. The fruit thing...may be a metaphor. Remember, the story of Adam and Eve, like the entire Bible (or for that matter, any other religious text) was written by man. Meaning, it is not only open for interpretation, but it is a collection of theories.
3. Again, the fruit may be a metaphor...as regards sin? Like Creation, who really knows! Every religion seems to have its belief on how sin came to be. I tend to believe the Almighty gave us all:
pleasure/pain
good/evil
cleanliness/sin
...and so on.
4. In the Christian religion there is a theory on how the angels came to be...sorry to say, I just don't recall what this theory is.
5. Lucifer, again in the Christian belief, is said to have been one of God's angels. However, as soon as the Almighty saw that Lucifer wanted to overstep his boundaries (in other words, he thought he could become greater tham God), God sent him to hell for "eternal damnation". And thus, Lucifer is referred to as the Devil or God's worst enemy.
