Just watched the movie. It was quite horrible. The Avengers is going to be a big pile of suck with the exception of Robert Downey, Jr and Scarlett Johansson.

Once the movie got past him catching the saboteur in the mini sub in NY, it was a steep downhill from there. Going off the Avengers trailer, the Iron Man/Downey bits were the only ones that looked good.

I think your totally wrong in your opinion. I totally enjoyed the movie. Was it Macbeth? No. Was it the worse comic book movie ever made? No. (Spiderman 3 says Hi Jdog.)

As someone who is not a fan of either company (DC/Marvel) or a hater of each I enjoyed the story that was told in the movie.

I actually felt sad that Cap didn't to go on his date with Hayley Atwell. For a moment. I loved how it ended on a man out of his time thing. It would be cool in the avenger's movie if he gets a letter from Peggy Carter's granddaughter talking about she never got over him. I know it will never happen with these movies but it would be a cool fanservice moment for me.
