The movement worked from I what I've heard as of late, as a few representatives, even signers of the above congressional petition, reversed their stance on the proposed policy (and a few unnameds asked for their signatures to be etched from the bill).
Need to stay informed on the doings of the net these days. (I need to get back stateside in the worst way.)
