I'll start with one of my favorite drinks in the fall: Apple Pie
1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Jim Beam Kentucky Fire Whiskey, Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire, or Fireball Whiskey (listed in the order of my preference)
3 to 4 oz. Organic Apple Juice (to taste)
Ice
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon (optional)
Brown Sugar for the glass rim (optional)
Cinnamon Stick for Garnish (optional)

Better Late Than...
It's funny, when this was posted, I can't say I was really drinking anything. ^ And that's a damn fine looking recipe I'm going to have to try. ^
During the pandemic I got really into whiskey. Tonight, however, I'm having a scotch I'm really fond of, Monkey Shoulder.
Such an amazingly smooth neat sipper. Very nice for the price point, about $28 bucks a bottle here in The District.
