But the world was not created in chaos. There are too many complex things in this world for it all to be random. God had His hand in it as an intelligent designer. Nothing created by an intelligent person is chaos.

Things may appear chaotically, but in fact they are just erratic, ordered, structured complex paths. Even if they don't know where they are going, there is someone who does.
