Astral Projection...

A school of music that studies the rhythm of nature, a school of fashion that studies the elegance of the Universe, a school of design that studies the architecture of the ancients, a school of philosophy that studies the time-tested Truth.

Astral Projection...

#1

Post by Gaara-San »

I've bought some good books that people recommend, and I started reading them some time ago, but stopped. I plan on going back and practicing it, because I find it interesting. Has anyone here practiced this? Or do you believe it's a bunch of bull?

We touched on this in another thread, I think it is the one about "What happens when you die" or something like that...Check that out as well...

But I don't think that it's a bunch of bull, to be honest with you, and I'm sure that there is a certain person whom takes VERY good care of this part of teh forums that can tell you ALL about these things...

My experience on the astral level is very limited...But I am learning how to go and stay there...But it is a lot of hard work, and my teacher lives pretty damn far away, so I have to make due with what I have...

I can tell you this, much of what you need to know about getting there is probably not as easily found as one may think...Of course, it is also my tendency to over think things, but my rationale is always simple...

If it were THAT easy, wouldn't everyone be doing it..?

What books,

Denning and Phillips is the most reliable, and they were both the Supreme Initiates of the Aurum Solis, a Order of *Some Strong Relation* to my own. (Melita Dennings, who dies last year... will be sorely missed, by the Champions she has bred. The Matriarch of my own Order died last year as well.)

Anyways:

I would recommend their book before any other. In fact, I don't think books are where to go to learn to astrally project, but theirs is the best to understand what is being done... and some people need that in writing before they allow themselves to let go.

the book is legit, and some of the first "autobigraphical accounts" compiled with one of the first "experts" in the field, from a theoretical level. this book is mostly accounts, and I can say that neither of these men were Initiates, but certainly there book is in quite a few privelidged libraries that have nothing but valuable work in them.

when i asked, i was told "good", b ut not anything you can't figure out by practicing. in most astral attempts, I was encouraged to "do" then "read".

I hate to sound dumb...but what's the astral projection?
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

It's a load of bullcrapolla, trashtalkr.

I actually knew a woman who claimed she had astral sex with Axl Rose. Yep, she's the Axl Rose stalker, the one who broke into his house and got into his bedroom. She's wacko, COMPLETELY wacko.

Around 2002-2003 she joined the Metallica Club, but was still a loony. She went to the 2002 'Metallibash' Metallica Convention, and complained months after that people ignored her and abused them for that etc.- people who were very generous but extremely busy and had alot on their plate to do, she was being a complete nusiance. She'd bring up email messages that were 4 years old, and keep babbling away. She posted on the message board under the name "ScaryGirl".

I actually confronted her once and tried to settle her down. Because she was such a psycho, I actually took a screenshot of the forum when I posted. I have that screenshot somewhere and will post it here soon- just so you can see what that wacko is like.

Ok, it may be bullshit but what is it?
