Good for them! Getting that lose out of the way takes immense pressure off of them. People are gonna easily say "they lost! no longer undefeated! this means they are no longer the best team!" which is good because now they'll go far into the tournment, I'm still sticking by UNC though.

They're still going in as a #1 team in the tournament though. Ohio State is not in the tournament because of a self imposed probation.
