What exactly are you trying to attach..? If there is something that you want to upload and share with the rest of us, you can use a free file sharing system, like megaupload.com or uploadhut.com ...Of course, for pictures, you can use imagehigh.com or image venue...
For other reasons, largely space and necessity, the attachement feature is very limited...
