I got no reason to think gay people are abominations, and that they have no reason to be married. Current Heterosexual divorce rates reflect there is certainly a greater threat to Heterosexual marriage than Homosexual marriage, which is not yet legal.
It is total bullshit to say people don't have the choice to not be gay. It is a choice to have sex at all. Furthermore, homosexuality is a intrinsic quality in many species of bird, primate, and quadraped mammal.
but, personally, I am not a bird, primate, or quadraped mammal...and I have lived near San Francisco so long the whole "queer culture" is laid out and played out beyond its welcome in my own mind.
I have acquatainces and friends openly living straight, gay, and bisexual lifestyes, and could really give a shit less, cause it ain't me in their bed, or (as Ayhja put it) on their kitchen counter makin grits. :takeit:
I will never be so bold as to say I understand the nature of human love, and its relation to sex (which is undoubtably for more than procreation).
If anyone asks, I believe that there are alot of people who "jumped" on the conclusion they were gay, because of qualities they have, or means in which they behave... or because of horrible heart-breaks that leave them with damaged images of happiness with anyone of the opposite sex.
I dpo, however, not want to say that is true of all,.. I don't think there is one reason.
But it reasons, also, that there must be a homosexual instinct in humanity, as it has mention in every culture with Judiasm being the first to condemn it (and not until the 527 B.C. redaction the Fifth and "final" version of the Torah, with the inclusion of the completely seperate Myth of Sodom and Gomorrah's, and its interpretation against homosexuality...reinforcing the Laws of the Aarondite Priesthhood and the Judges forbidding male heterosexuality, and female incest). This heritage of prejudice has made for the absolute worst quality inherited by the Western Christian; the justified racism of the mistranlations and misunderstandings of the History of the enemies of the Kingdoms of Judah and Israel.
There are few people I want to punch more than those who use the Bible to bash gays... and one of those groups are the "queens" who talk with lisps and flame around... cause they equate it with their sexuality, and are scared to develop a personality of their own.

GOD speaks to me and he said...
Anglican Church Asks U.S., Canada to Leave
Move Highlights Rift Over Gay Marriage
By ROBERT BARR, AP
QUOTEBritain's Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams was under fire from both conservatives and liberals in the church with the controversy over a gay bishop. Â
 Â
LONDON (Feb. 25) - Anglican leaders struggling to resolve explosive differences over homosexuality have asked the U.S. Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada to temporarily withdraw from a key council of their global communion because of the election of a gay bishop in the United States and the blessing of same-sex unions there and in Canada.
The request was made following a meeting in Northern Ireland that the Anglican leaders, or primates, convened on the crisis this week. Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams, the spiritual leader of the 77 million-member world Anglican Communion, did not comment but was scheduled to appear at a news conference Friday.
The Episcopal Church, which is the U.S. province of Anglicanism, precipitated the most serious rift in the communion's history when it consecrated V. Gene Robinson as bishop of New Hampshire in November 2003. Robinson lives with his longtime male partner. Conservatives have also criticized North American dioceses for allowing blessing ceremonies for same-sex couples.
The North Americans have been asked not to attend the next meeting of the Anglican Consultative Council, which is a body of bishops, priests and lay people from national Anglican churches who meet and consult in between the once-a-decade Lambeth Conferences for the primates. Â Â
Â
However, Anglican leaders also recommended a hearing be organized at the council's gathering in June to allow the North American churches to send representatives who could explain their views on homosexuality.
\"In the meantime, we ask our fellow primates to use their best influence to persuade their brothers and sisters to exercise a moratorium on public rites of blessing for same-sex unions and on the consecration of any bishop living in a sexual relationship outside Christian marriage,'' the statement said.
Conservatives who lead the Anglican Communion Network, which represents dissenting Episcopal dioceses and churches in the United States, argued that the primates' request meant that the two North American churches \"have been effectively suspended'' from the communion.
But James Naughton, a spokesman for the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, D.C., and a supporter of Robinson's, disagreed, calling the report an \"elegant compromise.'' He said Episcopalians could easily accept temporary withdrawal from the council, if it would create more time for Anglicans to find ways to remain unified.
Archbishop of Perth Peter Carnley, the primate of Australia's Anglican church, told British Broadcasting Corp. radio the move was not a step toward a collapse of the communion.
\"What we're doing is creating a space ... for some genuine talking and listening to go on,'' he said.
The communique issued Thursday by the primates reaffirmed a resolution adopted by all Anglican bishops in 1998 which declared that gay sex was \"incompatible with Scripture'' and opposed gay ordinations and same-sex blessings.
Presiding Bishop Frank T. Griswold, head of the Episcopal Church, stressed in a brief statement after the meeting that discussions were continuing:
\"These days have not been easy for any of us and the communique reflects a great deal of prayer and the strong desire to find a way forward as a communion in the midst of deep differences which have been brought into sharp relief around the subject of homosexuality.''
He said the communique \"was written with a view to making room for a wide variety of perspectives.''
                Â
The communique said many of the 35 primates, or leaders of national churches, who met this week were \"deeply alarmed that the standard of Christian teaching on matters of human sexuality'' expressed in that 1998 resolution had \"been seriously undermined by the recent developments in North America.''
Before the Northern Ireland meeting, Williams said the dispute had \"weakened, if not destroyed, the sense that we are actually talking the same language within the Anglican Communion.''
A commission headed by Irish Archbishop Robin Eames sharply criticized the American church for electing Robinson without fully consulting the rest of the communion, which is rooted in the Church of England.
The communique showed little enthusiasm for recommendations by the commission Eames led for giving the archbishop of Canterbury more authority of Anglican provinces, which are governed independently. \"We are cautious of any development which would seem to imply the creation of an international jurisdiction which could override our proper provincial autonomy,'' the communique said.
And whereas Eames' report criticized African and other bishops who have offered to serve as bishops for disaffected Episcopal congregations, the communique called on Williams to take steps \"to protect the integrity and legitimate needs of groups in serious theological dispute with their diocesan bishop, or dioceses in dispute with their provinces (national churches).''

cap you are fuckin hilarious!!!!!
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

AYHJA!
shame on you, that is NO laughing matter!
"And I will strike upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers."
I think my little artistic rendering perfectly illustrates this lovely passage.

I'm a biker of 20+ years of adventure (none Homo-erotic) and strangely enough in Brisbane Australia where I live, Bikers were accepted into the "counter culture" hangouts (good places to score weed!) So Gays and Bikers actually accepted one another (from a distance)
Personally I don't think Gay marriage should allowed and Gay Adoptions are NOT acceptable. I think Homosexuality itself is wrong. I judge each perosn on their own merits. I worked at a place where their was a gay guy, who everybody ostracised saying he was a "fag" etc. He seemed a nice guy. Just to piss everybody off I ate lunch with him one day and I had massive fun. He had me in fits of laughter talking about how his "husband" was a bitch for this & that! Very entertaining. He actually thanked me because I was the only one in the place that had the balls to ask him (if he was gay) and to be friendly with him.
also the other staff knew I'm hetero because of the young ladies that I had...dated. It was funny and sad.
Marriage is the union of a man and a woman with a commitment to spend their lives together for the purpose of having a family. Condemn the act not the person. that is what Jesus said (sort of - I think - it sounds like something he woulda said) My brother in law is a Flaming Queen, limp wrist and lisp, But he is the nicest guy you would ever wanna be friends with.
One thing I DO take objection to... The Gay Lobby claiming historical people of significance, one after the other, to be gay!!!!!! So far they have claimed Leonardo DaVinci (Mona Lisa - Self Portrait), Jesus - I mean JESUS - They claimed that Jesus the son of Mary is Gay, and many others.... They even claimed that Rock Hudson was gay! Oh hang on a minute he WAS gay wasn't he?

Man, I pity gay men...I don't care nothing about them wanting to be married and all of that other poo...
When any one person can look at those galleries for instance...Espeically a man...And want to look the other way..? Help is needed...Like, some shit is really wrong...Chemically...It's just no excuse for it...Men don't have anything that women don't...Unless you like rugged, hairy bodies...And big...Balls...
