What the bloody fuck ar ya talking about? Biscuits are SWEET- scotchbread, creamy, chocolatey, treacle, Anazac biccies, Iced VoVos, Chips Ahoy! chocolate chip, Monte Carlos, Wagon Wheels (heck you eat those oversweet 10k sugar Oreos, don't ya?) they belong with milk, tea, cakes, jellies, etc.

Aussie food? Arnotts was stolen by the damn US bigwigs ages ago! And they didn't change the recipes and start stickin' them into yer Two Piece Feed kfc boxes............. (you get a small breadroll though with gravy).

I particularly like my mother's Paximuthia, it's gooroorakia (hard to write in English) mixture that's baked in a rectangle tray for a bit, then cut into slices, then baked again! So crunchy and crumbly and warm and tasty! YUM!

What we're talking about is big, flaky, buttermilk biscuits made with flour & buttermilk; served with butter and/or honey (Red Lobster's have added cheese and a little garlic - YUM!).
