Do hats come with instructions?

Does anybody else here see this shit where you live? Nobody....NOBODY, can wear a hat straight. But it's not sideways, it's not backwards, it's like not even fully on their head, and it's tilted like 1/4 to the left or right. That kinda defeats the purpose does it not? God that's so fucking annoying. Is it just Illinois (because i've seen it in upper, mid, and southern) that's full of these backward ass fucks, or is this going on elsewhere too?

Oh man...I've seen this also. I hate it
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard

I've seen the kids with the ball caps at just about every angle imaginable EXCEPT straight forward on their heads like the damned things were designed to be worn. Why bother wearing a cap, if it's not serving any useful purpose? I don't know if they're trying to look cool or what, but what they look like is retarded... like they don't even know how to put on a cap. IMNSHO, a ball cap has two and only two possible wearing positions: straight forward with the bill of the cap down on the brow to keep the sun out of your eyes (like it was designed to do), and turned completely backwards (baseball catcher style) which is done TEMPORARILY when the bill of the cap will get in the way of what you're doing (like sighting in a scope on a high powered rifle).

My two cents' worth.
