Okay, here's my two cents worth:

I think if Darth Vader and Harry Potter were to challenge each other, Darth Vader would win out over Harry Potter.

Here are my reasons:

1. Powers: Darth wields the powers of The Force, while Harry relies on Witchcraft.
2. Abilities: Darth can call upon these powers by simply thinking and gesturing with his hand(s), while Harry has to remember and say various spells and incantations.
3. Transportation: Darth can go from one galaxy to another on a variety of spacecraft while Harry relies on a common Earth bound household implement, a broom.

Nuff said. This is what I sent to the newspaper.
