-The new logo shares the same font as Spider-Man movie logo...thought it was interesting.

-The new graphics engine: the reality synthesizer (RSX) runs at a rate equivalent to TWO nVidia GeForce 6800 cards!!

-No details yet on pricing.

Damn!!! Now I know what my son is going to be clammoring about for the next year. I guess dear old dad will have to break down and get him one for his birthday or Christmas (depending on release date). Of course, it has to stay at my house, not his mom's...

Does anyone know what the price comparision is between the PS3 and the XBox 360?

I don't think that they've dropped prices yet...But if my memory serves me right, and they stay true to form, Sony will drop the PS3 at $299.99 bucks...That was the price of the PS1, and the PS2 at launch...

Damn, it's hard to believe I've had a PS2 for amost 5 years...I slept in the car to get one...
