http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2126396

QUOTEbrain-dead Caribbean hitters hacking at slop nightly.

QUOTELater, he said, \"You have a manager in Felipe [Alou] whose mind has turned to Cream of Wheat.

LMAO!!! I can't believe this guy said this on the radio!
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"

Soren Kierkegaard

ROTFL...

What an asshole..! Damn, he might take an asswhipping behind that one...I worked in radio all through college, I know how easy it is to get carried away...But at the same time, you have to just know better, you have to know to stay away from things like that...One slip, and you can be fucked...I watched it happen to Howard Cosell and countless others...

My ONLY problem with it...Is that he probably wouldn't have had the balls to say that shit to their face...

Prolly not. I don't remember if it said the guy's punishment but all it was is that he's suspended for a week without pay. That's it. Felipe Alou was outraged when he heard that and cancelled all pre-game interviews with the radio station.

lol..what an idiot

I didn't hear about that. That's good to know though
