NFL Fantasy Draft!

You got first pick....who ya got?!

B. Diddy Ladanian all the way. There may be players in the league as good as LT, but no one is better. Fast, tough, durable, great hands out of the backfield, gets better as the game goes on.

While LT is a smart move, a RB ain't gonna be my first pick. They need other things. They need a great offense to prosper in, they also need a good offensive line to run behind. Go ahead and put Emmit Smith out there behind a shit line back in Dallas and see if he got HALF the yards he gained.

I'm between two right now....

Peyton Manning is doing his damn thing right now......breaking Marino's records and just playing incredible....he's gotta be near number 1 if not.

I'd probably go with Ray Lewis. Personally I'm a defensive guy...I like crushing oppentents with the best defense available...and that all starts with MLB. Not to mention having Ray Lewis around immiedatly improves all teams. His leadership and motivational abilites are uncanny. I'm a pretty good football player, but with Ray Lewis giving them in the huddle speeches....man...no telling what I or anyone else would do. He's the ultimate teammate...you know hes got your back..just dont let him down, and the way he brings everyone up and gets them fired and ready to go....it'd be hard to.

I'd go for LT or Shaun Alexander. He's playing on a one year deal right now. He wants the money for next year so he's playing for a huge signing bonus. He's a great pick

Damn...This is really tough for me...Assuming we are taking here and now players...

I have all these ideals when it comes to starting a team, I got what I think is important, but each player impacts the game a certain way...It is almost second nature to go with an offensive skill position for the first pick...

I am thinking along the lines of you guys, a running back is a great and solid choice for a first pick...I probably would pick one of them Miami boys to run my rock, top of the list Clinton Portis...

And I love the Defensive first pick LG...And he went w/a Miami boy, even better...

But alas, I am a QB at heart...But I'm not sure that there is a QB I'd be willing to take first, one over the other...Manning..? Great choice, can't go wrong there...But will I go wrong if I pick Michael Vick..? Hellz no...In time, he will be a HELLAFIED version of Steve Young, and well, that guy was pretty fucking good, ya know..? So, there it is...

ADN NFL Fantasy Draft Pick, Round 1: Michael Vick, Quarterback...

If I just had an empty slate I'd take Ladanian every time. But if I were in a position where my offense was set and my D needed help, I'd build my team around Julius Peppers. I think he's bound to have his best season this year.

Shaun Alexander.......Julius Peppers.....w-t-f?

Mike Vick has got to learn to be a QB...not a RB. When he gets his acuracy up....he'll be great.

Trust me, Julius will be starting again in the Pro Bowl this year, guaranteed! He's just got a knack for making big plays.

Julius Pepper's is great but he isn't a number 1 pick. No way at all.

Vick is an amazing QB but I agree with LG...he's gotta learn how to throw a football also

But when we're talking fantasy draft it's only about stats right? I thought you're just supposed to go with players who you think will have breakout seasons.

We're talking about how you wanna lead your team. Who's worth a number 1 pick. I don't think that Pepper's is that man. If you do...that's fine....it's your team
