Agreed. raum knows more then most of us combined and it is hard to argue a point against him as he provides well contructed arguments that has few to no flaws and he properly backs things up.

I have an issue with complements, and when a debate of morality and religion is being examined for verity, it is a odd conclusion that everyone just agrees I "know more than everyone else on this list" or some unsubstantiated claim. I know SOME things like the back of my hand, and they are things alot of people don't have figured out.-= things people will and have offer to pay to know. but it don't work like that. not with this.

stuff like this:

take and paper an entire mirror except a hole large enough to reflect your single eyes (first your left, and then your right), and start at it motionless for 15 minutes a day for months, you will inherently be able to identify THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENT of truth in the statement "The eyes are the windows to the soul." and you will never find it uncomfortable to look other people in the eye (should you have that problem now). if you write down what goes through your mind for that 15 minutes, your understanding of your mind will expand exponentially.

I did this, and I know the results. It forces you to confront the soul behind the face in the mirror without a filter of ego or flesh, and what you do to that soul's experience of life and love by your own careless actions. It's terrifying.

I devised this and other practices, with no therapy background, and they became teaching tools for me.

anyone can do them, but it seems no one does.

So, it is not what I know that makes me *special*, but what I DO; as that largely affect what I CAN COME TO KNOW.
