QUOTE(Lost Ghost)Um, yes a big one.

Someone with a Masters degree will ALWAYS get the job over someone with a highschool diploma.....unless of course affirmative action comes into play.

But, since you're ignorant on this issue as well.....you probably think because I'm in honors and I recieve a 4.5 GPA....that I'm not street smart...right?

Since when has a good job made anyone rich? I'm not talking well-to-do, I'm talking financially free..You gotta invest in the right things if you ever want to be a billionaire, no job will get you there..

And I am not even going to address the second part of what you said, since I want people to think your above the age of 6.

I wish I was back in school...

In any case, school and uni teach you how to think and be disciplined, which are the most useful skills in real life. It's not about learning stuff by heart, that's useless. It's learning to understand what is being taught. That's the real value of school.

QUOTE(Convince Yourself)I didn't know that GW or Trash were still in high school!!  I thought LG and I were the only ones...  Looks like there's a lotta younginz up in hurr.  (See the ghettoness of my school has already started to negatively affect me, lol).

Well...I'm almost out of high school...that's the best part! Can't wait to get out

I actually miss the high school atmosphere to be honest. I'd say it was one of the best experiences and I actually got to compare and contrast with the high schools of 2 different countries and I must say both of them were fun for me. Although I dont think I have actually fallen asleep in any of my high school classes but its kinda easier to do so when you are sitting in a lecture room of 300 or so students and no one gives a damn. School was fun although the classes were sometimes less then enjoyable but overall I miss high school lol.

And I must say success financially isnt really dependant on the degree you hold. I agree with luv that there are many out there who are rich and dont really hold a degree. Some people are made for school and others are not. Just the fact of life I guess.
