Like I said, here's the post for phpBB Database Merge Script. I've created UI, and fixed the MANY bugs, based on the script AYHJA found:

This version currently doesn't have any error checking, so make sure all values are correct before clicking next, otherwise it might get a bit messy. Its available for download from here (clicky).
