I have never used the programs, I just uncovered them doing a little research after you asked for help. I would check the individual sites where you downloaded the programs to see if they have support forums.

other than that my only advice is to make sure you followed the installation steps according to instructions. If so, try uninstalling, rebooting, and re-installing the software. Keep in mind you are trying to get this piece of hardware to do something it was not originally intended to do. The road to accomplishing this task will be a difficult and tortuous one that will involve a lot of troubleshooting. If you are not able or willing to submit yourself to it, you might be better off getting a piece of equipment suited to the task you want to accomplish.

Wow Deepak, I gotta hand it to you, you are indeed persistent...But, allow me to sum it up for you the best way I know how without getting into all of the techo mumbo jumbo...

What you are trying to do will not work...At all...

Yeah A, I do my best and almost never give up even when im fighting a losing battle but its more about the challenge of getting it to work more then anything else i guess for me. If I could I wouldnt have to go out and get a webcam but in like a week or more I cant well i might just agree to what you say. It is most probable that it wont work but I'll have to give it my best shot
