During that video though, there was one of those husky cops that made it his business to chew out another bystander...Man, police or not, do cops have the right to be all up in somebody's grill like that..?

That "bystander" was a news producer who showed his credentials to the officer. The officer responded basically with "I don't give a fuck who you are."

A once grand city continues to self-destruct...

he was a news man from outside the city, and the cop said "I don't give a fuck,.. why don't all you people just... leave!!!" man they crakin being under the glass onion going on two months knowing they city in chaos is all up in ratings for cnn and shit...

i would be no better. gimme a gun and a camera man be floatin with da gators afore i lose my city.
