Sperm Donor to a lesbian couple sued for child support after said couple splits
If there is someone that can explain the legal rational for this I would love to hear it.

The legal rationale is that the actual father of the child, got fucked by the biological mother cause she is a broke ass bitch who had her sugar-momma dump her, and is looking for another way to get some freebie.. duh...
there is no legal rationale. he is the biological father, and he has a responsibility to the kid he didn't want, and the lesbian couple don't want their kid any more. he should have signed explicit adoption papers disavowing him from the responsibility to the kid he didn't even want.
perfect reason to not be a surrogate, though.
