Depends on my mood....work out music is a group called Anberlin....it's like Christian Rock...i know, sounds dorky but the bands tight and their sound is unique....they rock...when i'm laid back i like coltrain or sade or sometimes light spanish guitars like Ottmar Liebert....i think Jason Mrazz is cool...saw him at the Austin Music festival......

It's on the We Were Born in a Flame CD. I don't know why, but I just love it. The way the guitar starts at the beginning, the lyrics. It's a great song, in my opinion.

I'm typically an alt-rock guy but I have great recolections of rap from the 80's. The first rap album I ever bought was RUN-DMC. It had the song Sucker MC's on it. That was a great album. Best band that gets no play...FISHBONE. I saw those guys in concert a bunch in high school and college. What a great show! PLus they have a little bit of everything in their stuff. They opened up for the Beastie Boys when I was in high school. Fishbone got a couple of encores. Beasties got booed. Perfect!

3. If you think you've never heard Big Bad Voodoo Daddy- think the Chips Ahoy song. This is obviously the same style but, in my opinion, lightyears better. There's an amazing saxophone solo in the middle and...well i just love it beyond belief. lol.

3. If anyone has a tolerance for solo piano- this is one of the best. Aside from the fact that i near to worship Jim Brickman (i seriously died when i saw him in concert), it has possibly the best phrasing of any piano new age piano piece i've heard. It's meter is refershing, yet not so intense that it takes away from your ability to reflect while you listen.

Most of Craig's slow songs are just amazing to listen to. This isnt so slow but it isnt fast either but a great song.
