man, my typos just wracking up,.. 497 vehicle arsons in 2004,.. 112 were intentional. That mean France has more that twice as many in a "normal" night as California does in a year.

ummmmm..... how can arson be anything other than "intentional"? I mean, by the very definition of the word (and crime), arson is the intentional setting of fire in order to cause damage. Just curious.

deep, they rule out those reported as arson but are actually proven as insurance fraud or an accident someone tries to cover-up.
