Yep, all you got to do to commit "suicide by cop" is announce you have a bomb in your bag and while their guns are drawn, reach into the bag. I truly am sorry this guy had a mental condition that predisposed him to such actions, but either he or his immediate family should have been making sure he was taking his medication. You don't fuck around with bipolar, it'll kick your ass one way or the other. Geez, after finding out the facts of the matter, I'm sure the air marshal feels like shit. At least, I would.

I agree, poor wife indeed. Sheesh- seeing your husband shot right before your eyes and knowing that all you had to do to prevent it was to remind him to take his medication... Not only will the air marshall need counseling, but the wife will, too.
