I would only watch an execution, if it was me committing the execution. And I don't mean by just pulling a lever, I mean watching as in watching their eyes pop out of their head as I tighten the grip of my hands around their neck..........

In other words, no, I would not watch an execution. I watched the video of Saddam Hussein being hanged, and I felt ashamed. I felt wrong. Yes I am well aware that he was responsible for many deaths in his country and caused a shitload of havoc, and I do think he deserved some form of punishment, but still, I felt wrong watching him die and would not want to see an execution again.
I don't mean to go off-topic, but, in Saddam's case, I would have proposed that Saddam was encased in a glass cube, with his head sticking out so he can breathe, and a pipe sticking up his arsehole so he can shit. He would be placed in the centre of one of the major towns where alot of the people whose deaths he was responsible. Relatives of the deceased would be permitted to chuck rotten mushy material at Saddam's head. Any non-relatives would be permitted to chuck rotten mushy material at Saddam's head, for a price, where the money is donated to the families.

I would watch...unless it was my own.... and even then, it would depend on the method of execution.... but I'm just kind of sick that way... /:D" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt=":D" />

QUOTE(Ĺ“bermensch @ Mar 26 2007, 06:09 AM) Then I pray that motivation never finds you, Aemeth...

I know I sounded cocky, but I promise I am not...There are certain things that are pointless such as this that I get all riled up about...This just happens to be something that I don't care too much about...

I will say that the Nick Berg video churned up a strong emotion of intolerance for injustice inside of me...

Grandpappy told my pappy, back in my day, son
A man had to answer for the wicked that he done
Take all the rope in Texas
Find a tall oak tree, round up all them bad boys
Hang them high in the street for all the people to see
