If you didn't think Friday After Next was funny, I think you probably haven't watched it enough. I didn't like it the first two or so times I saw it either, but after that...oh man...that shit is hilarious, gets funnier with each addition viewing imo

I think it would have been a lot funnier had Terry Crews not played an important role. I thought he significantly ruined a lot of scenes that could have actually been "comedy" you know?

Seriously? Man the Damon character is one of the best in the entire series imo. No wonder you hated it lol.
Ahyja you really should re-watch the Big Lebowski. I watched it the other day for the first time in years and absolutely loved it. Laughed my ass off the entire time.
I actually have yet to see Caddy Shack, Airplane, or Animal House. I probably should try to get around to those, as I know they're classics that pretty much everyone has on their respective lists somewhere.
I remember laughing my ass off with my dad when I was pretty young watching Blazing Saddles, but I'll have to give that another watch.
I tried The Jerk and pretty much hated it. Maybe it's outdated now...but I really thought it was dumb. I watched it with my parents a couple weeks ago and they still loved it as much as they ever did, but my brother and I weren't as big of fans. Maybe it's an age thing as well?

A+ on those comments. Anger Management to me is the only adult comedy Sandler did. Jack was absolutely perfect in that movie.-84 wrote:No love for Anger Management?

Well for a Sandler movie I tought it was his best. Nicholson was funny as hell in it. I have to really be in a mood to enjoy much of Sandler or Ferrell's movies outside of a few.

Watched waterboy the other day. just not as funny as i remember, I started to think that Sandler has a definite shelf life. or maybe i'm getting to old for it.

No, you're not, Sandler def. has a shelf life...But, what I've found out, is that he actually makes some good movies...That movie w/Kate Beckinsale (Goddess) and Christopher Walken about the remote was actually pretty good, and so was Funny People...Trips me out how he's always playing athletes in his movies though...
