Damn Parker axes are damn nice, i'd love a Nitefly

Ayhja's future wife is sweet aswell ... the trouble is i like too much too many guitars ... i guess

Next week i'll have finished my Tele-Master (a Telecasterbody with Jazzmaster neck and two p90 pickups), made by two famous luthiers from Uruguay Vargas & Cedrés).
I've bought a Stevie Ray Vaughan artist series Fender Stratocaster that will arrive in september from USA.

So meanwhile i have these babes:
Customized Stratocaster, neck made by Vargas & Cedrés with Fender Lace Sensor Gold pickups
Fender GDO200 acoustic (i added a piezo mic and a preamp)
Squier affinity stratocaster (my back up)

Thats a Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue (MIM) 40watts valve amp.

PS: and a lovely spanish old and second hand Sentchordi classical guitar bought by my father, my first guitar.

Fap, can you tell me what the fundamental differences are between the Duo Jet and the G5120 that I'm getting..? I know the Duo Jet obviously costs more, but what makes it worth the money..?

The principal difference is the Duo Jet is solid body electric guitar and the one you are about to have is a hollow body.
There's a difference in sound, hollow is more jazzy/rockbilly/retro and solid bodies are rocker/metal but they all meet at the blues and funk ;)

In money is because the selected materials, wood hardware and construction are elite, almost hand made in Duo Jet versus serial production on the one you'll have, nothing to do with the hollow or solid thing.

Fortunately Gretsch makes such beautiful instruments that you can't tell difference on quality, so don't worry the one you'll get is superb!!!

If all goes well, I should be picking mine up this month..! Man, it was gorgeous, but there was also another one there that was pretty as well, same body style but it had a shiny Tangerine color...WOW it was great...But I'm happy with my choice, and have already started to learn what I can before I get it so I don't get overwhelmed...I'm gonna take it everywhere that I go...

That's a beauty Fap...
