As I was brewing my coffee this morning, there was a lady on the news trying to stop drinking coffee for a week...
Now, as some of you may or may not know, in 2004 I developed chronic asthma, had an attack and spent the night in the hospital...Up until that point, I had smoked cloves...At the most, 5-8 a day...But that was towards the end where typically a pack would last me about 4 days...
Now, after my asthma attack, I quick smoking cold turkey...Just didn't do it no more...It was easy to me, really...There are some things that I do all the time, and can stop doing them easily...Even computing...I can easily engulf myself in doing something else totally not related to PC's...
Any of you have an addiction to something..?

Currently no - But I know that i do have an addictave personality...
that is why i don't drink, smoke, do drugs etc... I know that once i start - stopping will be a very difficult thing..

My biology is addictive (I am strongly affected by most drugs and develop a tolerance very rapidly) but my personality appears not to be. I have "anti-addictions" - things I should do but don't - like exercise. I spend a great deal of time avoiding doing things I should do. But not doing things - that's easy...
