I heard they offered to settle with him for $12,000. Dumb ass should have said, "I will take the $100 to replace the pants and be on my way." Instead he reminds me of all that is wrong with attorney's/judges!

The judge hearing the case was visibly working hard to avoid laughing out loud at the conclusion of the case. I can't wait to hear the judgment. I feel real sorry for the store owners who've shelled out tens of thousands of dollars to defend themselves from this idiot.
