For example, why do men prefer friends with benefits as opposed to girlfriends. lots of friendships get ruined that way, and the other part of the time its like they are in a relationship anyway.

You mean, besides the obvious..? You see, the thing is, women are impossible to please...Quite simply, you just want too much from a brother...We're supposed to be strong, and provide and all that, but, we have to be able to flip the scrip in seconds, and be excited about the latest fashions, and shoe sales..?

Madness...I personally, don't think that I'll ever find the time to get into another relationship...The better I act, the worse off things get...Shit, I 'might need to look for me a "friend w/benefits..."

Sounds good Ayhja but the same could be said about men that they are hard to please. I find it interesting that you say that because women are more likely to compromise. No matter what the situation in any particular relationship it has to be a two way partnership.

Personally, I think friends with benefits can be misleading to either the man or the woman. When you are friends with someone that can mean the two are already close and then you add benefits leaves room for someone to catch feelings and the friendship is over if the feelings aren't mutual.

i think the males roll in life and females roll just always clash. its just human nature to do what we do as both sexes. things can be changed though but its a lot of work and even pain. just really depends on if the 2 want to sit down and share their feels and come to a compromise.

A REAL man, isn't hard to please...Not a dumb, immature ass dude, a man...One that takes care of his business, and handles responsibility like men are supposed to...Your problem seems to be, that you can't find real men, just boys...Every man in here, likes the same shit, and wants that same shit...Here's my list...

1. A woman should know how a man feels about his mother...You should take the time to get to meet her, and know her...If his mom cooks and cleans, and does all that shit, you can best believe, if you want him to be happy, you're going to be on some similar shit, or he's going to forever be looking elsewhere...When you become a mother, and if you're a good one, you'll better undertand this...

2. We do not read minds...We are logical creatures, to men, 1+1 will always be two...For a woman, who thinks along a higher emotional ratio, 1+1 is 2, but if a "bad hair day" comes into play, that 2 may be a 1.7 or some shit...It is up to you, to understand that basic difference between the two species, and put it into check...

3. Be sexy..! Your man is probably never in a mood to entertain your self esteem issues...You would come out better, to assume that you're what he wants, rather than he's settling...If I told you at one point you're sexy, it's probably 50% what you look like, and 50% how you act...

Men are simple, we all like the same shit, as I mentioned...We don't walk into a room, full of guys, and immediately start commenting on what they have on, and who we don't like...We are different, but we are the same... You have to negotiate a balance, between emotion and logic, and find a mate who is capable of the same...

And, as always, communication is key...

I personally don't like the idea friends with benefits, it would screw too much shit up, if I'm fucking around with someone, it's my girl and thats it, but I'm a man, and not a childish punk.

I think that women complain to much. How is that we can sit here and say men are pigs and all they want is sex when we are almost the exact same? We are just as choosy about looks as they are. When a scrawny man or fat man or dirty man comes lookin our way they usually get blown off, but that same woman would throw a royal fit if she was blown off by a good looking man herself. What's the deal? Oh, and I have noticed that most of my girlfriends who are always complaining about men and say men are pigs are usually the friends who would annoy the hell out of their cats. Girls, get over it. We have the same faults as men.

i think women always try to change a man, they want to be that one girl in the guys life that breaks him and changes him for what she wants.

as luv said women arent to different then man but make such a fucking big deal out of everything it seems like man are the only ones that want to bang and what not.
