I need help

I got that AutoExec.nt to work finally cause it was fucked for awhile... Now when I open up the *.exe* that I want opened, it just blinks the ms-dos window on and off for less than a second... The CMD line for the program im trying to run is:

C:PROGRA~1AresMYSHAR~1EMPIRE~1.EXE

And it wont open.. itll just do what i said above when i click it.. and i tryied typing it in Run as wel... Any suggestions? Or it might be the program? the program is 350mb.

I downloaded the pRogram from a file sharing program *Ares*...

Have you tried moving the program to the root directory and running it from there..? IE, C:Empire~1.exe if or the containing folder if possible..?

can't you find the real full name of: Empire~1.exe and rename it

also sometimes depends if the code (donno in what was programmed) that the path references does not support long string and some others the opposite way.
