Well, when you consider that Windows has to be installed on most PCs that are sold (there are some that are being sold with Linux instead of Windows), people trying to replace that thing called Vista and just try to get a new PC with XP - I am not surprised.

There might be a few systems with Linux as an option but I highly doubt they are selling. I am a Linux supporter (dabble in Linux Mint in a VM once in a while) but even I am aware of it's lack of popularity.

I think it's just to the fact that Windows 7 is a vastly perfected OS. Microsoft really did a great job and I am glad to see these numbers as high as they are.
