Man, I'm in the wrong career field. Too bad I can't throw a football to save my life.

LOL..!!
Why did they sign him for that much..? Is he that good..? Fuck man, did I miss something..?
QUOTE(ESPN)The $24 million in guarantees for Smith is a 20 percent increase over Manning's deal
Manning is a fucking offensive mastermind...His father and brothers were, are, or could have been NFL caliber athletes...Nobody on draft night would have thought what he did last season would have been out of the ordinary at this point in his career...I hope that I am wrong about this kid, but the SF 49'ers may have just turned themselves over a new LEAF...

I don't think he'll be the next Leaf but this amount of money was crazy. He's gonna help the 49'ers improve but not too much. He needs some other players around him. This first year is gonna be torture for him

49ers really got screwed when Matt Leinart said he was coming back to USC. This was a pretty weak draft overall and it sucks for San Francisco they weren't able to trade the pick. They could have spread that money around much more wisely rather than give it to an unproven.

I don't think Leinart is that good, but I ate my words about Palmer, I will not badmouth another Norm Chow prodigy...I do think USC is going to be upset this year though...They are too fucking good...But, that's another thread...

What's up man! New site is much faster and better. Anyways, odds are almost impossible for them to 3-peat. Most people think they'll get upset by Cal but I think they'll lose to someone else, making it the biggest upset in NCAA history.

Start it A. There's alot to talk about. Leinart is the man...but I'll save it for that thread.
"If there were no eternal consciousness in a man, if at the bottom of everything there were only a wild ferment, a power that twisting in dark passions produced everything great or inconsequential; if an unfathomable insatiable emptiness lay hid beneath everything, what would life be but despair?"
