This softwood lumber bullshit (I can say bullshit, right? lol) with Canada and the States.

I'll tell you right now, the U.S. is lucky I'm not in office. I would just say screw the States, lets start trading with China. Now, I'm not a real big fan of China, I have nothing against Chinese people, but I hate the Commies running the country! But I would gladly start trading with them if it meant the U.S. would come crawling to us.

But that's not going to happen for several reasons! The American government is so arrogant, they think they can just walk all over Canada. I saw on the news the other day, they were showing clips from a press conference with the White House Chief of Staff... and he said about 4 or 5 times, "The president believes the best thing to do is return to the negotiating table."

Why the hell should Canada return to the negotiating table? According to the NAFTA rulings Canada won. The U.S. stole $5 billion dollars from us!

But it's not just the Americans. The Canadian government is completely incompetent! Our Prime Minister is going around claiming victory for Canada. But do you think he does anything to back it up? No! Of course not. Instead he just talks. He makes useless threats about possibly trading energy sources to China.

The whole thing is just ridiculous. Canada needs to stop electing Liberal governments. Nothing good has ever come from them.

We can't elect the Bloc because they only care about Quebec; they're a provincial party running in a federal election.
We can't elect the Conservatives because they'd go down on Bush if asked to.
We can't elect the Liberals because... well, after 12 plus years in office, what have they given us? lol
We need to elect the NDP, a socialist party that is completely against the U.S.

And that's my 2 cents on the matter. lol

we ride up on canda and say "gurl, gimme DAT!"

i can't believe you would dare mention the socialists as a viable option.

any religion, um, i mean political stance that does not have a contigency for questioning itself or allowing non-compformity as its own means of internal revolution quickly becomes a tyranny.

specially, when you're the one wearing the burlap sack that becomes the uniform of the common man auf der reich.

I never said they were a hardcore socialists like the Soviets, but they do stand further to the left than most.
