dude would have had to have scored 38 more points....thats more than any player is averaging..probably by about 10 points....in one quarter.....that aint happening...

Kobe might not be Mike '88, but to deny that at this point in their careers, that they are leagues apart, man that's crazy...Mike shot crazy from the field, and that is the mark of his dominance...But Mike was not a long range shooter, and Kobe takes alot more 3 shots than Mike did...Take away the 3 pt attempts...
And is Kobe still leagues behind Mike..? Find a true flaw in his game, a veteran at age 26, w/3 rings...And please say its cause he had Shaq so that I can point out that Shaq has been on other teams that have not won the Championship...

Hmmm, one flaw..........well......he's a selfish, me oriented player that will do nothing from this point forward but lead the league in scoring maybe drop 85 points on some poor team and end up being one of the greatest players ever. Kind of like AI, but I'd bet he'd trade all of that for one legit chance of getting a title.
